Returns and Exchanges
I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. It is the buyer's responsibility to view the photos closely, read the descriptions, and ask questions. Please allow for slight color variations due to people's display monitor differences.
Processing Time
Please allow for 5-7 days to package, and ship (unless otherwise specified by me). You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking once complete. If you receive a shipping confirmation on a weekend or a weekday after 5pm CST, your package will be dropped off to the post office the next United States Postal Service USPS business day. Please note that if you receive a shipping/tracking confirmation on a Saturday afternoon - that means your package will officially be shipped by the post office on the upcoming Monday. Shipping is all determined by USPS work hours.
Once shipped Domestic orders generally take 3-5 days to reach its destination.
Once shipped International orders generally take 3-6 weeks to reach its destination.
Due to the pandemic, the postal service is operating slower than usual, may not be scanning items in as received, or updating tracking information along your packages route. BUT once the item has arrived they will always scan it as delivered. So please be patient/flexible during these times.
Do you combine shipping?
If you placed multiple orders under the same name during troll drop, then your orders should arrive combined and a partial shipping refund will be issued once the combined order has been fulfilled.
If you purchased multiple items within one order, my website automatically combines shipping at check out.
I live in Austin, do you do local pickup?
Nope.

Lost or Stolen Package
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens you need to contact the United States Postal Service and file a claim.
I accidently used an Incorrect Shipping Address
I am not responsible if you purchase using an incorrect shipping address. Please verify your correct address when checking out. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs due to wrong address.
Let me know as soon as possible before I ship out your package if you need to update your address so that I can update the address at my end.
My Troll has wear and tear on it?
These are mostly vintage troll dolls, so do not expect perfection... expect perfectly imperfect. Wear and tear is natural and inevitable with aging dolls, clothing, accessories, etc.,. Things like scuff marks, tiny holes, initials, blemishes, etc may be present. Please review photos and read the descriptions before purchasing.
Broken or Damaged Package
I am not responsible for broken or damaged packages. If an item is damaged in the mail please contact me and I will let you know if I deem it fixable. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping me the item back as well as providing me the tracking number, and for the cost of fixing the item.
Do you ship World Wide?
Yes I ship world wide. You are responsible for international shipping and any custom/import taxes that may incur.
Custom and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I have no control over custom/import tax. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Do you offer Wholesale?
I do not offer whole sale at this time.
Do you offer Custom Orders?
It depends on the idea! Send me a message via my contact page and let's see if its doable!
If you create a custom for me with my idea - will I be promised that it will be the only one in existence?
Any custom troll I create automatically gives me creativity rights to replicate (or not replicate) in the future. Unless I have confirmed with you in writing that it is a custom exclusive specifically for you.
Do you use real crystals?
ALL Crystals used are 100% REAL Crystals. And if you happen to see any bits in the crystal that looks like dirt? It's not because your Troll is dirty. It is because the Crystals use are in their rough form (unpolished). I like to think of it as extra bits straight from nature - more to love!
