The front of the troll hair has a nice chunk of
Pure Moldavite. And wrapping around are smaller pieces of Moldavite puzzle pieced together to form the shape of the troll head. You can see in the photos what I mean. I specifically designed the moldavite trolls this way to help match the hair to the troll AND to help make Moldavite a little more affordable for everyone who wants to collect Moldavite who might not otherwise afford it.

Moldavite is insanely on trend right now and VERY expensive. Crystal collectors or those who invest in crystals say that with the scare supply of Moldavite in the world the value will only increase in the years to come.

Moldavite is a very rare gem formed approximately 12 to 15 million years ago. It is classified as a Tektite, a unique family of glass formed from the debris of a meteor impact. Its hue ranges from light green to dark olive green with brown undertones.

Moldavite can only be found in the Czech Republic. It is found near the Vltava river in the Czech Republic. The Czech name for moldavite is: 'vltavín' which is derived from this river. At the intersection of the Teplá Vltava spring and the Cold Vltava spring is the village of Chlum where these pieces of Moldavite were hand dug. Some pieces may have natural chips, and dings from the mining / digging process.

Note: Please take safe care of your Moldavite Troll, the crystal may be sharp (as it is a glassy stone) and avoid getting it wet or crushed. Be delicate with it, its ancient!
